Lucky Broast operates three restaurant branches in Karachi, Pakistan, offering dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services. We provide authentic Pakistani cuisine including broasted chicken, karahi, biryani, and traditional dishes. Our services are available to customers within our delivery areas in Karachi.

Orders can be placed through our website, phone calls, or in-person at our branches. Payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa), and digital wallets. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Orders are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled before preparation begins.

Delivery is available within specified areas of Karachi. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Delivery charges apply and vary by location. Customers must be available to receive orders; we cannot leave food unattended.

We maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with Pakistani health regulations. All food is prepared fresh using halal-certified ingredients. Customers with allergies must inform us before ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions if customers fail to disclose their allergies.

Lucky Broast's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order. This limitation applies to all claims arising from our services.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and recipes, is owned by Lucky Broast and protected by Pakistani copyright laws. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Our restaurant name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Lucky Broast.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Pakistani data protection laws. Customer information is used for order processing, service improvement, and marketing communications. We implement appropriate security measures to protect customer data.

Customers may not use our services for illegal activities, harassment, or abuse of our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers must be at least 18 years old to place orders independently. We do not serve alcohol and maintain a family-friendly environment.
