1. Refund Policy Overview
At Lucky Broast, we strive to provide the highest quality food and service to our customers. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be processed for orders placed through our restaurant branches in Karachi, Pakistan.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances: 1) Incorrect order received due to restaurant error, 2) Food quality issues (cold food, wrong preparation, etc.), 3) Delivery delays exceeding 90 minutes from estimated time, 4) Missing items from your order, 5) Allergic reactions due to undisclosed ingredients. Refunds are not available for change of mind, personal taste preferences, or orders consumed in full.
3. Time Limits for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made within 2 hours of order delivery or pickup. For dine-in orders, issues must be reported immediately to restaurant staff. Late complaints may not be eligible for refunds as we cannot verify the condition of food after extended periods.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund: 1) Contact us immediately at 3349997739 or speak with restaurant staff, 2) Provide your order number and details of the issue, 3) Our team will investigate and respond within 24 hours, 4) Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered for orders where only specific items are problematic. The refund amount will be calculated based on the individual item prices. For example, if one item in a combo meal is unsatisfactory, only that item's value will be refunded.
6. Delivery Order Refunds
For delivery orders, refunds may be processed for: delivery delays over 90 minutes, cold food upon arrival, missing items, or incorrect orders. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is cancelled due to restaurant error.
7. Refund Payment Methods
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original order. Cash orders will be refunded in cash at the restaurant. Card payments will be refunded to the original card within 3-5 business days. Digital wallet payments will be refunded to the same wallet.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: orders consumed in full, change of mind after ordering, personal taste preferences, orders placed more than 2 hours ago, promotional items or free samples, and orders cancelled by customer after preparation has begun.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our management team. We will review all cases fairly and may request additional information or evidence. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.
